By default, if scans are configured to be triggered by a version control system change (such as a git commit), Netsparker Enterprise will assign the detected Issues to the committer if Netsparker Enterprise has a registered user matching committer.
Disabling this behavior means that Netsparker Enterprise assigns the detected Issues to the website's Technical Contact regardless of whether Netsparker Enterprise is able to identify the committer.
Only Administrators can disable this default behavior.

How to Disable the Assigning of Issues in Netsparker to the Code Committer
- Log in to Netsparker Enterprise.
- From the main menu, select Settings > General.
- Select the Disable assigning issues to the committer checkbox.
- Select Save.
