Sales and Customer Relations Representative

Netsparker is seeking a Sales and Customer Relations Representative to work remotely or from the Netsparker Istanbul office.

Job Description

You will be contacting potential and existing customers from all around world, so strong interpersonal communication, marketing and negotiating skills should be your forte. You should also be able to plan and organize your own work, and document all type of prospect and customer feedback.


  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work remotely as part of a virtual team
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of computer skills
  • Understanding of web application security and the tools that are typically used in penetration tests and web security audits


You should have at least 2 years experience in:

  • Selling B2B sofware
  • Selling software via a reseller channel

Preferred Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in other languages

Although the company is based in London (UK), its entire workforce is virtual, with team members around the world using the latest tools and techniques to contribute, collaborate and get their jobs done.
