Task Life Cycle
You can assign a vulnerability as a task to another team member from the vulnerability description or from the list of vulnerabilities by clicking the +Create Task button. The assignee is advised via email that a new task was assigned to him and the task status is set to Open.
Once the user fixes the task and changes its status to Fixed Netsparker Enterprise automatically rescans the target web application to confirm the fix. If the vulnerability is fixed it will be closed, else Netsparker Enterprise will automatically reassign the task to the user.
A user also has the option to ignore a task by changing its status to Ignored. An Ignored task means it has been fixed and tested. Therefore unless a user manually changes its status Netsparker Enterprise will not take any further action on such task.
